Why should I have my trash bins cleaned?
How often should I have my trash bins cleaned?
We recommend monthly bin cleaning. However, we have multiple, flexible, and affordable plans!
Why can't I clean my bins on my own?
You absolutely can clean your bins on your own! However, your garden hose won’t be able to get you high-pressure, eco-friendly disinfectants, with water and debris not entering the stormwater system. Our approach is likely the most sanitary and safe solution.
Where do you offer trash bin cleaning services?
Our Service Area is Biddeford, Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth, Old Orchard Beach, Portland, Saco, Scarborough, South Portland, Westbrook, and Windham.
We are adding more communities all the time. Let us know if you’re interested!
How do I know which day you are coming?
Your schedule is available in your online Customer Portal by clicking on “Login” in the top right of our website. We will come to clean your bin the day after your trash pickup day. We will remind you by email and text message!
How do I know that you've cleaned?
Besides your bins smelling fresh, we will leave a piece of tape over the bin lid to keep the inside fresh until you’re ready to use it next.
How do I change or cancel my services?
You may change your services by logging into your customer portal.
To cancel your services please call 207-962-2467.
Services may be canceled no less than seven (7) days prior to the next regularly scheduled billing date. Your billing date may be found on your Customer Portal. All cancellations must occur in writing either by calling 207-962-2467 or by emailing hello@wickedcleanbins.com. We cannot cancel service without a written request.
Do you offer the ability to gift services to someone?
We absolutely do! Gift certificates are a great way to give your friends and family the gift of a wicked clean bin. Please email us at hello@wickedcleanbins.com to purchase a gift certificate.
