Wicked Clean Bins, LLC. is an eco-friendly curbside trash bin cleaning service. Our systems are designed to be self-contained, preventing anything from entering the local stormwater runoff system. To ensure the safety of our environment, equipment, and employees, all customers are subject to these Terms and Conditions. These conditions are subject to change without notice.
By purchasing any Wicked Clean Bins service, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions as written. Custom quotes and contracts may not be subject to all of these terms and conditions as written. Please check the terms of your contract for full details.
Bin Service Requirements
Bins will only be serviced should they meet the below service requirements:
- Bin(s) must be curbside and accessible to our team.
- Bin(s) must be completely empty and free of all types of waste, including, but not limited to:
- Human and/or animal waste;
- Cooking and motor oils;
- Household and industrial chemicals;
- Paints, glues, and adhesives;
- Building materials (plasters, stucco, concrete, metal shavings, etc.)
- Any hazardous or dangerous materials.
Exceptions may be made for a reasonable amount of small material and debris at the bottom of your bin. If there is debris that may damage our equipment, we will bag it and place it in your can after cleaning. Unfortunately, we cannot take trash and dispose of it on behalf of our customers. WCB reserves the right to assess fees should your bins not be ready for servicing.
Please Note: if any of the following conditions are not met, or any employee determines it is unsafe or unsanitary to clean your bin, your service could be interrupted, skipped, or postponed and subject to fees.
Customers are responsible for any and all costs related to the damage of equipment, disposal of hazardous waste, or fines assessed as a result of prohibited items being left in their waste bins. Wicked Clean Bins is not licensed nor authorized to remove, transport, or dispose of waste.
Payment Policies & Service Fees
Subscription Payment Policy
Customers selecting a one-time or recurring subscription will receive invoices upon completion of services. All payments are due upon receipt. Late payment fees may be assessed after 30 days of the invoice date. Customers who regularly miss payment deadlines may be required to pre-pay for all services at the sole discretion of Wicked Clean Bins.
Automatic Recurring Payments
Customers have the option to opt-in to automatic recurring payments. Either by signing up on our website or calling us at 207-962-2367. Customers will be charged automatically after the technician marks your service as complete. Customers may remove this at any time by going to WickedCleanBins.com or calling 207-962-2367. Customers who opt-in to automatic recurring payments are subject to the terms and conditions of our vendor, Jobber.
Coupons, Discounts, Promotions, & Partner Codes
Wicked Clean Bins, at their sole discretion, may elect to issue coupons, discounts, promotions, and partner codes. All codes will have a set of parameters surrounding them (e.g., a percentage discount, dollar amount discount, landlord-subsidized, etc.). These parameters will be available either on the delivery method of the code (e.g., physical coupon, email, etc.) or on the Partner code page. All codes may be terminated at any time without notice. Codes may not be resold or distributed outside of the defined distribution plan. Codes may not be redeemed for cash. Only one code per service address. Codes must be redeemed during a transaction or at sign-up. Codes may not be entered retroactively.
Partner codes are subject to the specific terms of the code/agreement. These codes may be terminated at any time without notice. Terms will be available on the Partner code page on our website. A link to this page will be available through the partner (e.g., nonprofit organization, landlord, etc.). Partner codes are not exclusively discount codes, but may also simply represent affiliation.
Refunds
Services already rendered will not be refunded. Pre-paid services will not be refunded upon customer cancellation. Refunds may be issued at the sole and exclusive discretion of Wicked Clean Bins. Refunds may be issued for pre-paid services in which evidence can be supplied that the customer has relocated outside of the Wicked Clean Bins service area. Relocations within the Wicked Clean Bins service area will receive a full credit to their new service address.
Schedule of Fees
Wicked Clean Bins is committed to ensuring transparency of cost to our customers. Most customers will only pay their selected subscription fee. If Wicked Clean Bins determines that a fee is required, those fees will be charged following the below schedule of fees. All fees are in addition to monthly and one-time subscription charges.
This fee schedule is not exhaustive, as actual damages or charges may be assessed in extreme circumstances.

Subscription Cancelation & Change
Cancel Subscription
Subscriptions must be canceled no less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the next scheduled service date. Customers may determine their next service date by logging into their account on WickedCleanBins.com. Services not canceled within the allotted time may be subject to a cancelation fee.
The customer may be charged a service termination fee if a recurring monthly subscription is canceled or changed before three (3) billing cycles have elapsed.
Change Subscription
Customers may change their subscription with Wicked Clean Bins no less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the next scheduled service date. Customers may change their subscription level, frequency, and add-ons, subject to current availability. Customers may change their subscription by calling 207-962-2467 or logging into your account at WickedCleanBins.com.
Guarantees, Warranties, & Liabilities
Sanitation & Disinfection
Wicked Clean Bins uses industry standard practices to sanitize and disinfect your bins – we do this with high-pressure, hot water that destroys the environment that germs and bacteria thrive in. We may elect to use environmentally friendly cleaning agents. Wicked Clean Bins cannot guarantee the complete elimination of bacteria, virus, germs, or the like in, on, or around your garbage bins. Wicked Clean Bins will make reasonable efforts to sanitize and disinfect your bins, but cannot guarantee the prevention of disease.
Waiver of Liability
Release from Liability. The undersigned hereby RELEASES, ACQUITS, AND FOREVER DISCHARGES, and WAIVES any and all Claims against any of the Released Parties that arise from or relate to their entry and participation in services – including, but not limited to, the types of claims enumerated in Parties shall not be liable to them, their family, or their guests, for personal injury, property damage, or any other Claims arising from or related to the customer’s entry into and participation in services rendered.
Severability
In case any provision in these Terms & Conditions shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability.
Questions, Comments, & Concerns
It is expected that customers make a good-faith effort to remedy any question, comment, or concern. Prior to taking an official course of action, including, but not limited to credit card chargebacks, formal complaints, and/or legal proceedings, customers must attempt to contact Wicked Clean Bins and remedy concerns. Customers who fail to communicate with Wicked Clean Bins prior to escalating any action forfeit any ability to seek compensation from Wicked Clean Bins, LLC.
