The Guide to Bin Washing Day

Jan 15, 2023 | Tips & Tricks

It’s the big day! Whoooo! But you’re an old pro at this. A reminder is always really helpful, too!

The Steps to Success

STEP 1: Leave your bin at the curb, after the trash has been picked up. If your bin obstructs roadways, sidewalks, or other methods of travel, it’s best to bring it in for the night and back out the next morning. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email reminder the day before. (Remember, it only happens once a month.)

STEP 2: We will swing by sometime during the day and clean your bins. No worries, you don’t need to be home. We’ll clean your bins curbside. Sometimes we need to work early in the morning or later in the evening – we will always try to communicate with you!

STEP 3: Your bins are scent-free and clean! We will send a follow up email with instructions on how you can pay with a credit or debit card online.

The end. Oh wait, no it’s not. We’ll be by to clean your bins again!!!
